Sickness has spread through our house. Kids are running fevers, throats are sore, and I lost my voice yesterday.
It’s not been much fun.
Thankfully, Bryan brought home the fixings for Get Better Punch tonight, and we mixed up a large batch.
Glad you asked! I was introduced to this wonderful concoction at the hospital following the birth of Miss Sydney. We’ve loved it ever since!
The nice flavor encourages the sick kids to drink, and stay hydrated.
Ready to make your own batch?
It’s super simple.
4 cans of 7-Up
A pitcher to mix it in
A spoon for stirring
-pour the bottle of juice into the pitcher
-open the 7-Up cans and add to juice
-serve with straws
We also had some bone broth soup…
Here’s to better health!
Does your family have its own special drink recipe for sickness? I’d love for you to share!
