Rectangle Muffins

May 4, 2015 Lisa

I really enjoying making muffins in my silicone muffin liners.  They come out beautifully and I don’t have to worry about Owen eating the paper liners.

We use them for other things too–holding snacks, or making a fun plate of lunch with good portion control.

Last week, I decided to buy another set, because I use them so often. This time I went with rectangle ones.

We had rectangle apple cinnamon muffins for breakfast! Ellie was excited. We normally have banana muffins, but I had forgotten to take the bananas out of the freezer. So I used a recipe for basic quick bread, added cinamon and chopped apples and put them in our new rectangles.

What a fun way to spice up breakfast!
