Wednesdays are Owen’s day. Since the weather was so beautiful today, the kids asked if we could play with water for Owen’s game. I thought that was a fabulous idea, so we drug out all the swimsuits and headed outside for family play time.
We used the hose to fill the water table, and many of the kids spent a lot of time here. Simon much preferred this to the sprinkler.
Owen absolutely loved the sprinklers. He kept picking them up and trying to spray us. He was armed and dangerous I’m telling you! No dry people allowed!
We also used Owen’s G-tube syringes (unused ones) for a water fight. Those things can shoot pretty far!
Playtime is one of my favorite times of the day. It was so nice to spend Owen’s day doing something I know he loves. That’s harder to do in winter.
